Divine 5 is able to provide services for Private Pay, Private Insured, and Medicaid clients Divine 5 is a partnering contractor with SouthEasTrans and ModivCare for the state of Georgia for Medicaid Services. 

Our team of professionals undergoes an extensive background check, and ongoing training in customer service, and is certified in CPR/AED.
